Year 2 ECTs should continue to access year 2 of the existing ECF through the EDT ECPD Portal to complete the self directed study
All ECTs must compile a simple log of evidence to support the assessment process through the Appropriate Body
Please use this proforma to collate your evidence and review it regularly with your mentor

It is vital that you watch all training videos in advance of your first mentor meeting and new mentors need to sign up to the Five coutnies mentor training as soon as possible.
Year 2 mentors should continue to access the existing ECF through the EDT ECPD Portal and ensure that there is a log the discussions that take place in your mentor meetings using the proforma linked here.
Mentor training for year 2 mentors will be booked through Five Counties. Please keep an eye out for the booking emails.

With your name, TRN, School name and the name of your mentor and they should be able to help you out.
I have had some requests for a formal meeting record in case an ECT is not quite meeting the expectations of the department or school. This proforma would be for an extra-ordinary meeting between Mentor(or SLT) and the ECT if a specific concern has been raised.
